I spent most of last week deep cleaning the condo I’ve been in the process of moving into for waaaay too long. (I *really* need to finish moving this month!) So, I’m behind on Inktobers. Last week I promised some Lychgate Series news! I asked you guys to help me hit 10 Amazon reviews for Art of Death, my new gay supernatural mystery novel and book 1 in the series. And you did it! THANK YOU! So, as a reward, I’m launching a freebie project.
I’ll be writing two free short stories, which will be released when we hit future review milestones. And you guys get to vote on which one I write first! I also have some ridiculous cover art to share with you now. 😀
So, here are the two options. Both take place between Art of Death and Bonds of Death.
1. Cat of Death: Against Riley’s better judgment, Porter falls in love with a stray cat who starts frequenting his apartment. But this is no ordinary cat. There’s no such thing as undead animals, is there?
(note: Don’t worry, I’m an animal lover! So you can expect this story to be written accordingly.)
2. Pizza of Death: After moving into their decrepit new apartment, Riley and Porter try to celebrate by making dinner together, but Riley’s expensive tastes don’t mesh well with Porter’s college-student eating habits. Who can make the better meal for their first dinner together as roommates?
