The Patreon plugin is being a jerk again this month, so my apologies to everyone who’s had to disconnect/reconnect. Patreon is working on the problem, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to be a quick fix. (It’s a recurring issue due to the first of the month.) I’ve heard from some other creators that this issue doesn’t affect *all* patrons. If you were able to log in this month and access content without disconnecting/reconnecting, please let me know!
There’s also the option of pledging directly through the DOTU website instead of pledging through Patreon and linking accounts. This would be the best option for folks who aren’t attached to Patreon as a platform or pledging to other creators, because the website tech issues are specific to Patreon. This might also become the best option in another ~3 months, when comic pages on the DOTU website catch up to Patreon. (Merritt’s Story chapters are still being uploaded too.) I don’t want to post the pledge link publicly yet because the reward descriptions aren’t finalized, but if anyone wants to take the leap anyway, let me know and I’ll give you the link. (I’ve actually had some people already sign up, surprisingly.)
In other news, I made more Cooking with Belmont progress! All iterations of all of Merritt’s sprites are sketched. That was a *big* job. Here’s a little preview of 3 of the 4 of them, as seen on Discord.
