Chapter 4, Page 57

So, we’re not getting GB’s name on this page, but he’s important enough to be on the Characters page if you don’t already recognize him. He’s also one of the lead characters of Merritt’s Story and the first (only?) DOTU character to already have a fan club. XD (I believe the Merritt’s Story channel on Discord is the place for that, though it’s a patrons-only channel.)

Seriously, read Merritt’s Story. Just be prepared to hate this dude here before you love him. 😛

And with that, DOTU is now going on a patrons-only hiatus while I make some new buffer pages!

Starting today, new pages are posting weekly to $5+ patrons on Patreon for a few months. After that, they’ll post to $5+ patrons at the rate determined by my latest Patreon milestone goal.

You can also see pencil pages as they’re created by joining the $10.01 Secret Gallery tier.

How long will the comic stay patrons only? When we hit our next Patreon goal, the next scene will immediately go public at a weekly rate. If we don’t hit the goal, it depends on how fast I can finish the 6 months of buffer pages. My previous patrons-only hiatus lasted over a year because I could only produce 2 new pages per month – the amount funded by my latest milestone. This hiatus will last at least a little bit shorter because I’ve committed to a few bonus months of weekly page production. Also, as with the last hiatus, we’d have to also return to 350 patrons along with the 6-month buffer in order to return to the public if we don’t hit any milestone goals.

Here’s a little preview of the Early Access page that went live today!

You can pledge on Patreon here!

**If you’re looking to read new pages, be sure to read the reward tier descriptions to make sure you join the right tier.**

If you can’t pledge on Patreon, it’s a great idea to sign up for DOTU’s newsletter so you can be notified of big news or when the next page goes live. You can also follow me on social media (scroll up for links), but be warned that algorithms sometimes eat my posts, so the newsletter is a good idea either way.

Thanks for an awesome 6 months! I’ll see you guys later!
