I thought this was going to be a quick page to do, but it seems that regardless of the amount of detail in a page, it ends up taking me the same amount of time because I get lazy and slow on simple pages and work fast on detailed pages. I think this is why I work better under tight deadlines.

I have some very wonderful Christmas decorations that are worth sharing. 😉 I had a pretty bad Christmas Eve, but Christmas day at my mother’s house was awesome. She makes the best cheesecake in the world, and in her words, it’s also “full of health.” (I don’t believe it’s actually healthy, but it’s an awesome ESL phrasing.) She says the secret for the cheesecake’s awesomeness is 2tbsp of flour in the cheese mix and crushed walnuts in the crust.
