Merritt’s all, “YES TRESPASSING.” If it wasn’t clear last week, hopefully it’s clear now that he’s on his way back from the North Sphere, not on his way there. Ah, the joys of publishing one page at a time… But oh, poor Merritt. Poor poor Merritt, and I’m not talking about the gun at his head. ^_^
There are a few things going on this week. First of all, a $50 slot has opened up on my Patreon. This is the tier that will get you a playing card portrait of yourself, among many other things. There’s only one available right now, but keep in mind that the payment cycle for August pledges starts tomorrow and goes until 9/3, so if you sign up now, you’ll be charged almost immediately. You’ll also get August’s rewards, though.
Second thing! My first novel, Art of Death, is going to be on sale this week. It’s part of a promotion from the publisher about dream jobs, with my story being the “dream job” of an artist. (haha. hahahaaaa.) I won’t tell you the exact day it’ll go on sale, but it’s going to be sometime between Tuesday and Thursday. 😉 I will put up a link a little later tonight, which you can check later in the week if you want to catch the sale. The story comes with a few content warnings: a few graphic sex scenes, violence, domestic abuse, dubious consent – some of these “problem areas” are not really resolved until book 3, which is still in the works.
Third thing – Monday 9/7 is Labor Day, and with traffic still being low, I won’t be putting up a new page next week. I will still be working on a new page, though. I decided to use this opportunity to get myself at least a one-page buffer so I don’t have to do everything last minute. I’ll put up a preview as a voting incentive next Monday, and Patreon subscribers will also get previews.
